Who is responsible for your data
BizForm is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at any time at support@bizform.co about anything in this policy.
Information we collect
We collect the name and email address you provide when creating an account, a record of the templates and packages you purchase, your download activity, and basic technical data such as your browser and device type. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Paddle, our payment partner and Merchant of Record, and are never stored on BizForm servers.
How we use your information
Your information is used to deliver purchased files, maintain your purchase and download history, provide customer support, process refunds, and send essential account or receipt emails.
Who we share data with
We do not sell customer data. Personal information is shared only with the service providers required to operate BizForm, including Paddle (payment processing, as Merchant of Record), our cloud hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider.
File access and security
Template files are stored privately. Download links are generated individually, expire shortly after they are issued and are only available to accounts that have purchased the relevant product or package.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@bizform.co.
