About BizForm and how payments work
BizForm sells professionally designed digital business document templates. All purchases are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for BizForm orders. This means Paddle is the seller of record on your card statement and handles payment processing, taxes and refund payouts on our behalf.
Licence to use templates
When you purchase a BizForm template or package you receive a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the files within your own business, including for client work you perform.
Acceptable use — what is not permitted
Templates may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed or published as part of a competing template library, whether edited or unedited. You may not share your account or download links with anyone who has not purchased the product.
Intellectual property
All templates, content and branding on BizForm remain the intellectual property of BizForm. Your purchase grants a licence to use the files — it does not transfer ownership.
Purchases and delivery
All products are digital and delivered through your BizForm account immediately after a successful payment. Access to purchased files does not expire.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, as set out in our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method by Paddle.
Accuracy and responsibility
BizForm templates are business documents, not legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing each document against the rules that apply to your business.
Account security and suspension
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend or close accounts that share purchased files outside the licence, attempt fraud or abuse, or breach these terms.
