How refunds work for BizForm digital templates.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
What qualifies
Refunds are available if a file is faulty or corrupted, if the wrong file was delivered, or if the product does not match its description. Because our products are digital downloads, refunds for other reasons are considered on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email support@bizform.co with your account email address, the product or package name, and your purchase date. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment partner, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all BizForm purchases. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of approval.
After a refund
When a refund is completed, access to the refunded files is removed from your BizForm account and any licence to use those files ends.
